LaraMonster Pro PRO

Pro & your license

LaraMonster itself is free. LaraMonster Pro adds tools for understanding and speeding up Laravel apps: what happened in a request, what your events and jobs do, why a webhook failed, and what makes a page slow.

Getting Pro

There are two ways, both on the LaraMonster page:

  • A license on its own, for a set time or for good.
  • A MonstersGate bundle that includes LaraMonster Pro: buying the bundle gives you the license too.

Your licenses are listed on your MonstersGate account under LaraMonster, with the computer each one is used on.

Signing in

  1. Open Account in LaraMonster

The Account page in the sidebar.

  2. Sign in

With your monstersgate.com email and password, or paste a license key.

  3. That's it

The Pro pages unlock right away. No restart.

License emails have an Open in LaraMonster button: it opens the app on the Account page with the key already filled in. Click Sign in to finish.

No account yet? Create one free on the Account page takes you to monstersgate.com to sign up.

One computer at a time

A license works on one computer at a time. Signing in on another computer signs the first one out, and the license owner gets an email about it, so a shared key never goes unnoticed. To move to a new computer, just sign in there.

Working offline

LaraMonster checks the license now and then. Offline, Pro keeps working for 3 days after the last successful check; it checks again as soon as you're back online. The free features never need a license check.

When a license ends

You get an email before a time-limited license runs out, and the Account page shows its end date. When it ends, Pro pages lock again; everything free keeps working and nothing is deleted: recordings and settings are there when you renew.

What Pro records stays on your computer. Activity, deliveries and measurements are stored locally. The license check only sends your sign-in token, a device ID and the app version (plus the computer's name and system when you sign in, so you can recognise it on your account).
