Frontend Development System Design Code Review

I’m a Senior Frontend Engineer specializing in React, Next.js, TypeScript, and frontend architecture, with professional experience since 2020. Throughout my career, I’ve worked on large-scale business applications and complex frontend systems, while taking ownership of architecture, performance, reusable foundations, and engineering standards. I also lead technical initiatives and help frontend developers improve through code reviews.

Career Adult — From Confusion to Career-Ready Developer

Career Adult is a practical mentorship track designed for developers who already have a foundation in frontend development but feel stuck, confused, or unsure about what to do next.

This is not a recorded course and it's not about giving you another roadmap and leaving you alone to follow it.

We work together on your actual career, technical skills, projects, and job readiness — based on your current level and your goals.

How It Works

We don't follow a fixed curriculum.

We start with an assessment of where you are today, where you want to go, and what's currently holding you back.

Then we build a personalized plan around your actual needs.

1. Career & Level Assessment

We start by understanding your current situation:

Assess your current technical level honestly.
Identify your strengths, weaknesses, and skill gaps.
Review your experience, projects, and current responsibilities.
Understand where you currently stand in the market.
Define the level and opportunities you should aim for next.

By the end of the assessment, we'll have a clear picture of:

Your Current Level → Your Target → Your Gaps → Your Plan

2. Personalized Roadmap

Your roadmap is built around you, not around a generic curriculum.

We'll decide:

What you actually need to learn.
What you can skip.
What deserves your attention now.
What can wait until later.
Which skills will have the biggest impact on your career.

The goal is to stop the endless cycle of courses, tutorials, and random learning.

3. Technical Growth

Depending on your level and goals, we may work on:

  • JavaScript & TypeScript
  • React & Next.js
  • Clean Code & Code Quality
  • Component Design
  • Frontend Architecture
  • State Management
  • API Integration
  • Performance
  • Testing
  • Debugging
  • System Thinking
Technical Decision-Making

But the goal isn't just to learn how to implement something.

It's to understand why we choose a solution, what alternatives exist, and what trade-offs we're making.

4. Real Projects

You won't just watch tutorials and copy projects.

We'll work toward building projects that actually demonstrate your skills.

This may include:

Planning the project before coding.
Breaking requirements into features.
Making technical decisions.
Reviewing implementation.
Improving architecture and code quality.
Debugging real problems.
Preparing the project to be presented professionally.

The goal is to build projects that give you something meaningful to show — not just another GitHub repository.

5. Code Reviews

One of the most important parts of the mentorship.

We'll review your actual code and discuss:

What's wrong?
Why is it wrong?
What would a better implementation look like?
What trade-offs are involved?

How would this behave in a real production environment?
How could we make the code easier to maintain and scale?

The goal isn't to make you dependent on my reviews.

The goal is to teach you how to review your own code.

6. Career Preparation

Technical skills alone aren't enough.

We'll also work on how you present yourself professionally:

  • CV improvement
  • LinkedIn optimization
  • GitHub positioning
  • Portfolio & projects
  • How to present your experience
  • How to apply strategically
How to target the right opportunities

The goal is to make sure your actual skills are reflected in the way the market sees you.

7. Interview Preparation

When you're ready to target new opportunities, we'll prepare you for the interview process.

This may include:

  • JavaScript / React questions
  • Technical discussions
  • Problem-solving
  • Project discussions
  • Architecture & trade-offs
  • Explaining your technical decisions
Identifying and fixing weak areas

We don't just prepare you to answer questions.

We prepare you to think and communicate like the engineer you're trying to become.

The Goal
The goal isn't simply to "finish the mentorship."

The goal is to get you from:

"I don't know where I stand or what I should learn next."

to:

"I know my level, I understand my gaps, I can build and explain real projects, and I'm confident enough to compete for the opportunities I want."

This track is especially suitable for developers who are tired of consuming content without seeing real progress and want structured guidance, accountability, technical feedback, and a clear career direction.

This Is Your Journey, Not a Fixed Curriculum.

We don't try to cover everything.

We figure out what YOU need — and work on that.

(Web Audio API).
Network Requests.

Jevons Paradox.

Cloud.

Software.
