Senior Full Stack Engineer Generative AI Engineering

I'm looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join a Generative AI Engineering team and help build production-ready, AI-powered applications.

We're looking for an experienced engineer with strong full-stack capabilities, hands-on production experience with Generative AI, and the ability to adapt to evolving technical requirements in a growing team.

Technical Stack

The team is still in the early stages of defining its technical direction, so no specific frontend or backend framework is mandatory.

Experience with Python and frameworks such as Django or FastAPI is a plus, but strong engineering fundamentals, production experience, and adaptability matter more than familiarity with a particular framework.

Seniority & Availability

• Senior-level experience with a strong track record of delivering production software.

• Typically 3+ years of relevant professional experience, with demonstrated senior-level ownership and technical depth.

• Notice period of one month or less is required, with immediate availability being a strong advantage.

We're specifically looking for engineers who have delivered and operated real-world Generative AI and RAG solutions in production — not candidates whose experience is limited to tutorials, prototypes, or personal experiments.

What we're looking for

• Strong Full Stack Engineering experience: Proven experience designing, developing, and maintaining production-grade applications across frontend and backend systems.

• Production-level Generative AI experience: Hands-on experience building, deploying, and maintaining LLM-powered applications in production.

• RAG expertise: Demonstrable production experience designing and implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, including retrieval strategies, embeddings, context management, and improving retrieval quality.

• Backend engineering: Strong experience building APIs, integrating external services, designing data models, and developing scalable, maintainable backend systems.

• Frontend engineering: Solid experience building reliable, maintainable user interfaces and integrating them with backend services.

• Engineering fundamentals: Strong understanding of software architecture, system design, testing, debugging, performance optimization, and production reliability.

• Learning agility: Comfortable working with different technologies and willing to learn and adopt the most suitable stack for the product.

• Ownership mindset: Able to take features from technical design through implementation, deployment, and ongoing improvement.
