Since 2021, I started my career as a Freelance Data Analyst and completed 31+ five-star rated projects with clients like STC, TBC, Saudi Civil Affairs, Saudi Ports Authority, Tiba Airport, and more. I helped OPPO during my time as a Data Analyst to reduce the weekly reporting time from 3 hours to 15 minutes through an "All-in-One" Power BI Dashboard. I currently help unit heads, operation and program managers track and take corrective actions on core operational KPIs such as AHT, SLA, CSAT, DSAT, Churn Rate, and more as a part of my role as a Business Intelligence Analyst at pulse by solutions (formerly Giza Systems).
