*Strategic Engineering Leader | Scaling High-Performance Teams & AI-Driven Ecosystems
With over 14 years of experience and 7+ years in dedicated people leadership, I specialize in building high-performing engineering cultures that bridge the gap between complex business vision and technical execution. My career has evolved from mastering the Android and Flutter ecosystems to leading multi-squad "Super App" environments where my primary focus is talent density, operational efficiency, and long-term roadmap alignment.*

Leadership & Strategic Management
I focus on "building the right things right." I have a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams (up to 10+) through complex digital transformations. My approach shifts engineering from a cost center to a value driver by:
Stakeholder Alignment: Translating technical constraints into business language for C-suite and Product partners.
Resource Optimization: Strategically allocating talent and mitigating risks to ensure predictable, high-quality delivery.
Measurable Progress: Utilizing KPIs and OKRs to track squad efficiency and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

* The AI Force Multiplier
I am a strong advocate for AI-assisted engineering. I actively integrate agentic AI tools and LLMs into the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to serve as a force multiplier for my teams. By leveraging AI to automate boilerplate tasks and streamline code reviews, I enable my engineers to focus on high-level architecture and innovation, significantly increasing overall developer velocity and reducing time-to-market.

* Mentorship & Talent Density
As a technical thought leader and instructor, I am dedicated to fostering "talent density." I don't just manage teams; I grow leaders. I provide clear career development roadmaps, hands-on mentorship, and a culture of continuous learning that empowers senior engineers to reach their full potential.
