I think most of us have become a little too dependent on AI 😅, so it’s always a good idea to do a mock interview from time to time and see where you currently stand in the software engineering market.

This will be a deep-dive technical iOS interview, and it’s NOT easy at all. You’ll need to be well prepared, as the interview will cover many of the most important and popular iOS topics, including:

• Memory Management

• SwiftUI
• UIKit

• CI/CD

We may also touch on some additional topics, such as:

However, these topics are generally explored more deeply during System Design interviews.

The interview can last between 1.5 and 2 hours, so please make sure you’re available for the entire duration. Also, ensure that your camera and microphone are working properly and that you’re in a quiet environment where you can focus without interruptions.

The decisions you make can have a significant impact on your team and company, from application scalability and maintainability to development speed, performance, costs, and the ability to evolve the product in the future.

This will be a Mobile System Design Interview, designed for any Mobile Engineer, whether you specialize in iOS, Android, or cross-platform development.

The interview will focus on how you approach designing and architecting scalable, maintainable, and high-quality mobile applications. This is not about writing code or memorizing specific APIs, it’s about your thought process, technical decisions, and ability to solve complex problems.
